Glimpse a Solar Eclipse

Experience a fascinating event when an annular solar eclipse crosses over Texas. The moon will pass between the sun and Earth, creating a “ring of fire” effect. Enjoy this event safely outside Helen Hall Library starting at 11 a.m.—when the sun will be obscured by nearly 80 percent at 11:58 a.m. The library will provide special eye protection for 250 spectators.
