Chester L. Davis Sportsplex

1251 W. LEAGUE CITY PARKWAY, LEAGUE CITY TX

With 10 baseball/softball fields, seven soccer fields, a football field, and six sand volleyball courts, the Sportsplex is a hub for youth athletics. Several pavilions are located throughout the park to provide shade from the sun, tables, and restrooms. Two small playgrounds are also located on the premises, along with a Veteran’s Memorial.

PAVILION RENTAL

Lights will come on automatically at dusk. All pavilions will have picnic tables, water fountains, and bathrooms underneath them. Water and electricity are not guaranteed with the rental.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 60 days prior to your event, 90% of the fees will be refunded.

If you cancel 31-60 days prior to your event, 50% of the fees will be refunded.

If you cancel 15-30 days prior to your event, 25% of the fees will be refunded.

If you cancel 0-14 days prior to your event, 10% of the fees will be refunded.

 

Rain Out Policy

  • Reservation may be refunded or transferred to another date within 6 months of the rainout date



To make a reservation, please walk-in to Hometown Heroes Park at 1001 East League City Parkway to fill out a reservation form. To check availability, contact Hometown Heroes Park at 281-554-1180.

You must book your reservation at least a week in advance at Hometown Heroes Park.

If you pay your deposit with cash or a check, you will receive a check mailed 7-10 business days after your event to the address you provide. If you pay with a card, the deposit will be reflected in your account within 7-10 business days after your event

If available, you may add lights or additional time at least 48 hours before the actual reservation. All changes must be made in person at Hometown Heroes Park.

You can decorate the location however you’d like as long as everything is properly cleaned up afterwards. Except NO glitter, paint, rice, confetti, or anything too small for easy pick up.

Yes, the caterers may not show up earlier than your reserved time to set up. Food trucks must have a Galveston County Health Permit and a League City Fire Marshal inspection.

No, there are no grills available at the Sportsplex.

No, alcohol is NOT allowed at this park.

Outside events that have amplified sound will require a sound permit. Renters may request a sound permit on the League City website.

We allow moon bounces at this location. You MUST provide proof of liability at the time of your rental. Moon bounce company MUST bring their own generator and MUST use sandbags to weigh it down. NO stakes are allowed in the grounds. Water moon bounces are prohibited.
